PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to manufacture a grainy thermoplastic composite resin molded body, which is derived from a plant-based filler or the like, and presents a soft wooden impression, at a high productivity. SOLUTION: A thermal resin composition A containing a thermoplastic resin and a plant based filler, which is preferably formed into a pellet, is extrusion- molded into a molded body having a groove, on the surface of which the groove is formed. Then, the surface containing the groove 8 of the molded body having the groove is extruded by coat molding with a resin composition B constituted by further containing a different color pigment in the resin composition A, which is preferably formed into a pellet, in such a manner that the different color pigment may be unevenly dispersed in the resin composition B for this manufacturing method for this grainy thermoplastic composite resin molded body 7.
