PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amplitude of a pressure at a high frequency artificial respiration time. SOLUTION: The high frequency artificial inhaler comprises an inspired air introducing unit 62 for supplying an inspired air to a patient X, a patient side route 60 for guiding the air to the patient X, a vibration air pressure urging unit 50 for urging vibration air pressure to the air, an exhaust route 70 for exhausting the air output from the patient X into the atmosphere, and a controller 40 for controlling the operation of the unit 50. The unit 50 has a blower 52 and a rotary valve 54. The controller 40 has a receiving unit 41 for receiving a vibration frequency, an input of patient's one time ventilating amount and an operation control unit 49 for controlling the valve 54 and the blower 52 based on an input value. The unit 49 has a ventilating amount maintaining function 46 for controlling the amplitude amount by the blower 52 to maintain the one time ventilating amount of a constant value in the case of changing the frequency. |
