PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated fabric excellent in antistatic properties generating no separation or loss of an antistatic agent, permanently developing stable antistatic properties, not contaminating a substance coming into contact with this fabric and susceptible to hot air weld processing. SOLUTION: A laminated fabric excellent in antistatic properties is constituted by forming a synthetic resin layer, wherein 15-30 parts by weight of an acrylamide copolymer is compounded with 100 parts by weight of an olefinic resin, to at least the single surface of base cloth formed by weaving warp and weft yarns comprising flat yarns made of a synthetic resin.
