PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair simple and easy to use and capable of supporting the ordinary movement of a leg-affected person in a wide range. SOLUTION: A seat portion 9 is formed with a seat surface 7 and a backrest 8 so that a person can be seated on a truck 3 with moving wheels 1, 2. A back frame 13 constituting the backrest 8 of the seat portion 9 is formed so as to be rotationally movable in a vertical plane, and it is located an fixed to a frontward inclination position, a backward inclination position and a turn-down position to be almost the same plane as the seat surface 7.
