PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher to be used always cleanly by facilitating maintenance/check and cleaning work. SOLUTION: A dish feeding port 4 and an ejection port 5 are provided refectinely at the front and rear parts of a washing chamber 1. At last one column of carrying paths 6 are arranged through the chamber 1. Each path 6 consists of a right and left pair of guide rails 9 and a chain conveyer 10 moved in parallel in the middle of them with dishes hung from it. Within the chamber 1, a splashing preventing cover 8 is arranged by surrounding the paths 6 with a U-shaped cross section, and washing pipes 14A and 14B obtained by arraying many jetting nozzles 15a and 15b are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the paths. The upper surface 7A and the side surfaces 7 of the chamber 1 are freely opened, and the pipes 14A, 14B, the cover 8 and the rails 9 are freely detachable from the chamber 1.
