PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated cooked rice scoop which does not require the rubbing off of the lumps of the cooked rice which are held stuck to the scooping part of the scoop with the edge of a rice bowl even with the scoop which is made of a synthetic resin using a release agent, such as a silicone, and which is hardly stuck with the cooked rice. SOLUTION: The cooked rice scoop which is made of the synthetic resin using the release agent, such as the silicone, and which is hardly stuck with the cooked rice is provided with a through-hole of about 30 to 50 mm in the scooping part of the cooked rice scoop.
