PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating iron grills which is capable of easily regenerating the iron grills stuck with broiling refuse. SOLUTION: The iron grills 1 are regenerated by successively carrying out a first stage of soaking the iron grills 1 which have tin plate edges 11 and are stuck with the broiling refuse into an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, a second stage of taking out the iron grills and spraying high-pressure water thereto, a third stage of soaking the iron grills into detergent water and a fourth stage of taking out the iron grills and galvanizing the same.
