COOKING DEVICE USING HEAT IN FOOD PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device using heat in food preparation which changes the number of revolutions of a fan for sucking oil smoke according to the set temperature of a cooking plate. SOLUTION: This cooking device has a fan 8 for sucking the oil smoke on the cooking plate 1, a motor 9 for rotating the fan and a motor control means 10 for controlling the motor. The motor control means 10 allows the fan to suck oil smoke at need by setting the motor a at high revolutions when high heating power is set and at low revolutions when heat insulation is set by changing the number of revolutions of the fan at every set temperature of the cooking plate 1.
