PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive pet-house without leaking the smell of excretion of a pet to outside and a toilet system for the pet by using the pet- house in which the pet is fondled and raised in a human living space without diffusing the smell of excretion of the pet in the human-living space. SOLUTION: This pet-house is installed with at least one shelf 6 installed inside of a pet-house 1, a housing pallet 5 for housing tray sand, a sheet for the tray, or the like, arranged on the shelf 6 and a door 8 for exchanging them. An opening and closing door 4 for pet is installed at a doorway 2 for pet and the opening and closing door 4 for pet is connected through a connection material 3 installed in the vicinity of the doorway 2 for pet. The pet-house 1 is arranged next to an occupied building K the inside of which is a dwelling space and a passage port K2 is installed to lead to the doorway 2 for pet.
