PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the waterproof structure of a simple structure and low cost nut tightening part in a connection device using a PC steel bar. SOLUTION: A connection device of a structure is formed by inserting a connecting PC steel material 5 through a through-hole 2 provided in a lower structure 4 and a through-hole 4 provided in an upper structure 3, an earth retaining block 6 is fitted to the end part of the connection PC steel material 5, and a nut 7 is screwed onto the steel bar so as to connect the lower structure 1 to the upper structure 3. A female screw hole 9 in a box-shaped cap 12 having the female screw hole 9 inside the base end part of a cap body 8 made of a hard material and having a water-sealing increased diameter tubular leg part 11 made of a soft material inclined divergently in the direction apart from the female screw hole 9 connected integrally with the open end part thereof is screwed to the end part of the connection PC steel material 5 for tightening. Then, the water-sealing increased diameter tubular leg part 11 is pressed liquid- tightly against the earth retaining block 6.
