<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for solidifying and molding wood barks to be utilized in the pollution-free effective utilization as a new technology having an extremely important meaning for processing the wood barks into a useful material and making the best use of the wood barks in the contemporary community, wherein the past practice of peeling off the wood barks before they are carried on a sawing machine, except very special cases, as they are regarded as obstacles in sawing is more and more difficult to follow from the viewpoint of environmental problems regarded as very important issues, and the new technology for processing and utilizing the wood barks used as valuable materials in the past and having lots of original good features, especially those of cedars, Hinoki (Japanse cypresses) and the like as once regarded as high grade materials for roofing in the past but burnt and disposed as wastes in recent years, is eagerly looked for as an epoch-making invention not as a negative technique like the industrial waste disposal. SOLUTION: Wood barks are crushed, adjusted properly and fed into a compression molding mold and pressure molded. Whether the heating is required or not in the pressure compression depends on the nature of use.</p> |
