SOLUTION: In the building unit 12A with a rectangular parallelopiped-shaped skeleton 20 in which the upper and lower ends of columns 21 at four corners are connected by ceiling beams 22 and floor beams 23, vibration control materials 27 are arranged symmetrically to a center line C tying the midpoints M, M' of the mutually opposed ceiling beams 22 of the building unit 12A mutually at intervals. |
