PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly functional chimeric molecule actable through efficiently searching out a target even if it is embedded inside an entangled complicated nucleic acid structure by imparting a functional molecule such as a ribozyme with sliding function. SOLUTION: This chimeric molecule is such as to comprise a slidable molecule, a domain with binding affinity for the sliding molecule or a molecule forming a composite with the sliding molecule, and a functional domain. An expression vector containing a DNA encoding this chimeric molecule, and a pharmaceutical composition containing this chimeric molecule or expression vector as active ingredient, are also provided, respectively.
