PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically open and close a sliding door without operating an operation switch in the neighbourhood of a driver's seat by making it possible to transfer from manual to automatic at whichever position the slide door is. SOLUTION: A working direction of the sliding door is judge from two pulses phases of which are slipped generated in accordance with opening and closing of the sliding door. It is judged as the sliding door is in the opening direction when the other pulse (a) is at an H level at a rising point of time of the one pulse (b), and it is judged as the sliding door is in the closing direction when the pulse (a) is at an L level. It is judged as opening and closing of the slide door in the case of more than a specified pulse number, a motor is respectively rotated in the opening direction and the closing direction, and a control mode is transferred from manual to electric assist. |
