PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate taking out garbage in a garbage container and to efficiently agitate the garbage. SOLUTION: The garbage 20 charged in to the garbage container 2 is agitated by a rotary blade 4 rotating by a driving motor 11 and is also heated by a heater 6. Dried garbage is left in the garbage container 2 but its volume is reduced and water activity is also reduced due to drying and thereby no putrefaction and no malodor are generated even when left in the garbage container 2 as it is. Accordingly, garbage can be successively charged on the dried garbage and then can be subjected to drying treatment till the garbage container 2 becomes full. When the garbage container 2 becomes full of the dried garbage, the garbage container 2 is taken out of a garbage disposed body 19 and is carried to a garbage pit to damp the garbage.
