PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the general support strength of a seat to protect the safety of passengers to the maximum at the occurrence of various vehicle accidents by additionally installing a reinforcing mounting bracket at the intersection part of a side member and a cross member to be mounted with the seat, to disperse load applied to the seat, equilibratory to the side member and cross member. SOLUTION: In the structure of mounting the seat on the intersecting part of the side member 10 and cross member 11, the reinforcing mounting bracket 12 is stably installed at the intersecting part of the side member 10 and cross member 11, and then the seat is mounted thereon.
