PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle requiring litte assembling labor and suited to high discharge pressure in a traveling driving device. SOLUTION: This vehicle has a lower traveling body 2 provided with a traveling motor 9 for driving wheels and an upper turning body 4 arranged in the lower traveling body freely to be turned. A pump 12 for supplying the pressure medium to the traveling motor is arranged in the upper turning body, and the pump 12 is driven by a motor 11, and a control valve 31 for controlling moving direction and/or moving speed of the vehicle 1 is provided. A turning mechanism passing guide part 20 is arranged between the upper turning body and the lower traveling body, and the control valve 31 is arranged in a range of the lower traveling body 2. A discharge pipeline 26 connected to the pump 12 and a tank pipeline 30 connected to a tank 25 are guided through the turning mechanism passing guide part 20.
