<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unpleasant feeling due to dispersion of malodor at the time of charging garbage into a treating tank. SOLUTION: An opening/closing cover 14 for charging the garbage into the treating tank 2 in which the garbage and microorganism medium are stirred and blended is provided and further a means 54 for detecting opening state of the opening/closing cover 14 is provided. Even when the opening/closing cover is opened, malodor in the treating tank 2 is prevented from being scattered outside the tank by providing a means 55 for forming an air curtain covering an opening part when the opened state is detected, by operating a suction fan 58 for sucking outdoor air from the opening part when the opened state is detected and by providing a sealing member 60 for covering the opening part at the time of being in an open state thereof and a box part 59 for receiving the garbage at the opening/closing cover 14.</p> |
