PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating tatami mat floor capable of eliminating lifting, warp and sound of a tatami mat floor constitution member and making a manufacturing cost inexpensive. SOLUTION: The heating tatami mat floor is provided with an upper tatami mat body 10 comprising a plurality of tatami mat constitution members, a lower tatami mat body 20 comprising a plurality of the tatami mat constitution members, and a face-like heater 50 integrated by being sandwiched between the tatami mat bodies 10, 20. The unevenness shape of the heater 50 does not appear on a tatami mat surface by arranging the upper tatami mat body 10 comprising a plurality of the tatami mat floor constitution members on the heater 50. Even when the plurality of the tatami mat floor constitution members different in a thermal expansion coefficient are overlapped and the upper and lower tatami mat floor constitution members relatively move with the change of temperature because the tatami mat bodies 10, 20 sew and mold the plurality of the tatami mat floor constitution members, threads 14, 26 sewing the tatami mat floor constitution member expand and contract to absorb the relative movement of the tatami mat floor constitution member.
