PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a heat insulating refractory preventing local concentration of stress to the heat insulating refractory and shutting off thermal transfer to a tunnel inside wall surface. SOLUTION: This mounting structure for the heat insulating refractory is provided with a stud bolt 1 projected on a tunnel inside wall face X and provided with an external thread 12, a bottomed cylindrical metal fitting 2, which is arranged in the part A3 close to the tunnel inside wall face side inside a through-hole A1 penetrating the heat insulating refractory A, provided with a through-hole 21 arranged on the tunnel inside wall face side for allowing insertion of the external thread and provided with a tunnel inside wall face side end face 2a abutting to the tunnel inside wall face A2, a nut 3 passed through the through-hole from the counter-tunnel inside wall face side and provided with an internal thread 31 meshing with the external thread, a heat insulating refractory movement restricting means 41 restricting movement of the heat insulating refractory to the counter-tunnel inside wall face side by means of a contact face in the cylindrical metal fitting, a cylindrical metal fitting movement restricting means 42 restricting movement of the cylindrical metal fitting to the counter-tunnel inside wall face side, and a heat insulating refractory 5 shutting off the part A4 close to the counter-wall face side in the through-hole from the counter-tunnel inside wall face side for insulating it thermally.
