PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide delivery slips releasable at a necessary slip by doubling a printable sheet at a high speed by a laser printer to double superposed slips, applicable to a luggage at its rear side, press bonded by a press bondable adhesive at its inside, printed with distribution data on a plurality of partitions on its front side. SOLUTION: The delivery slip has two parts obtained by dividing the lower part of a front surface by splitting one rectangular sheet into upper and lower front surfaces at a perforation, forming a dry part of a remoistening adhesive on the upper surface, splitting the rear surface to right and left parts, forming strong pressure adhesive and weak pressure adhesive dry parts, and splitting the lower part of the surface to two parts. In this case, strong pressure adhesive and weak pressure adhesive dry parts are formed corresponding to the upper rear surface on the rear surface. Thus, the slip is doubled vertically. Doubled superposed forms obtained when pressed by a pressing roll are press bonded at its rear surface by the press bonding adhesive. When the remoistening adhesive of the upper front surface is remoistened, the slip can be bonded to the luggage. Thus, the part having the weak pressure adhesive dry part of the lower front and rear surfaces is in a weakly press-bonded or temporarily adhered state, and hence the part is finally released and can be use as a delivered certificate.
