SOLUTION: An opening on one side of a recess 3 of a mold 2 into which the powder F is fed is used as an upper opening 3a while another opening on the other side is used as a lower opening 3b, and an upper punch 4 to be inserted from the upper opening 3a and a lower punch 5 to be inserted from the lower opening 3b are provided, and a vibration means 40 for applying uniform vibration on the whole periphery of the mold 2 in which the powder F is fed is provided, and the outside of the mold 2 is formed into a point symmetrical shape with a central axis of the mold 2 extended into the pressing direction of the punches as its center, and the vibration means 40 is provided with a plurality of vibration sources provided outside the mold 2 in the equiangular relation and simultaneously driven, and a powder feed section 60 feeding the powder F into the recess 3 of the mold 2 is provided.
