PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe container for sucking and discharging device for medical use which does not allow germfree water or a waste solution contained in the container to move to the outside or a pressure adjusting chamber. SOLUTION: The container is constituted at least of a connecting port, a movement preventing chamber, a solution collecting chamber, and a water sealing chamber. The water sealing chamber has a bottle neck section above the surface level of the water poured in the chamber.
