PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early and rapidly enable rice cleaning which requires labor, such as outflow of rice without spilling of the rice. SOLUTION: An elastic substrate (1) provided with many drain holes is provided with a suction cup (2) and the suction cup (2) is sucked to the inside wall of the inner kettle of the rice cooker, by which the substrate (1) is fixed.
