PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform safe installation work of a septic tank. SOLUTION: The main material is reinforced concrete and approximately rectangular and planar vertical retaining wall bodies 3 and lateral retaining wall bodies 5 are assembled into an angularly cylindrical retaining wall body 33 which is placed on a ground 39 at a work execution site. A ground 41 is drilled corresponding to the angularly cylindrical retaining wall body 33 and the angularly cylindrical retaining wall body 33 is dropped down by a drilling depth (h). A bottom plate 7 is placed on the bottom face. This septic tank protecting structure 1 forms a space 45, not affected by soil pressure, in the drilled hole 43. A septic tank 51 is stored in the space, not affected by soil pressure, formed by the septic tank protecting structure 1.
