PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration eliminating joint capable of interrupting the vibration from a vibration generating source in the state where a vacuum vessel and the vibration generating source are retained in vacuum state, and performing a vibration eliminating connection while keeping the distance in a connection part constant. SOLUTION: This joint comprises a hollow bellows 3 having flanges 1 and 2 at both ends and a suspension mechanism well-balanced to the force generated in the flanges 1 and 2 of both the ends by the inside and outside pressure difference of the hollow bellows 3 to keep the space between the flanges 1 and 2 constant. The suspension mechanism is formed of a spring 4 for supporting the force generated the flanges 1 and 2 of the ends by the air pressure in the hollow bellows 3 and a vibration eliminating mechanism 5 for effectively minimizing the spring constant of the spring to reduce the resonance frequency, thereby eliminating the vibration.
