<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a general-purpose packaging box which can house a bumper for protection. SOLUTION: Pedestal cylinders 2 are provided at both ends of a barrel 1 having a lid 11 which can be opened/closed, and an extension cylinder 3 is slidably fitted into a tip of each pedestal cylinder 2 so that the barrel 1, the pedestal cylinder 2 and the extension cylinder 3 are communicated with one another. A plurality of through holes 28 are bored on the extension cylinder 3 in a line along a longitudinal direction, and through holes 21 are bored also on the pedestal cylinder 2. A joint device 34 is passed through one of the through holes 28 of the cylinder 3 and the through holes 21 of the cylinder 2 to fix the cylinder 3 to the cylinder 2. A side part s of a bumper B is inserted from the cylinder 2 into the cylinder 3 with the lid 11 opened, a widthwise face part w of the bumper B is housed in the barrel 1, and then the lid 11 is closed. Thus a sufficient cushioning space is secured around the bumper B, and the extension cylinder 3 is slid with the joint device 34 removed, whereby various kinds of bumpers B can be packaged.</p> |
