<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film which has excellent can-producing processability after laminated to a metal plate, has excellent heat resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance and deep draw formability, and especially has excellent hydrolysis resistance and taste and smell retainabilyty. SOLUTION: This biaxially oriented polyester film containing a lubricant having an average particle diameter of <=2.5μm in an amount of 0.05 to 5.0 wt.%, characterized in that the concentrations of titanium element metal and phosphorus element in the polyester and the concentration of acetaldehyde in the film satisfy the following expression (1): 0.2<=(AA+P)/Ti<=20...(1) [AA is the concentration (ppm) of the acetaldehyde contained in the film; P is the concentration (ppm) of the phosphorus element contained in the polyester; Ti is the concentration (ppm) of the titanium metal element contained in the polyester].</p> |
