METHOD FOR FEEDING OXYGEN OF VARIABLE FLOW RATE AND LOW TEMPERATURE AIR SEPARATING DEVICE USING THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing influence of variation in flow rate of oxygen product over a distillation device by keeping substantially a flow rate in a distillation tower constant. SOLUTION: A distillation device including a high pressure tower 124 and a low pressure tower 150 is applied and then a first storing container 142 and a second storing container 182 are applied. Liquid flow 136 including air components is supplied to a first distillation tower to make liquid mixture with liquid in the tower, at least a part 140 of the liquid mixture is transferred from a location above a bottom part of the first distillation tower to the first storing container during at least a period in which it exceeds an average feeding-out flow rate of oxygen, and in turn at least a part 180 of the flow of liquefied oxygen extracted out of the distillation device is transferred to a second storing container during at least a period in which it is lower than an average transferring flow rate so as to extract at least a part of the liquefied oxygen from the second storing container.
