PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin sheet which is excellent in productivity and provided with heat retaining properties, moderate gas permeability, and hygroscopicity. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin sheet which is formed by laminating a cloth formed by crossing uniaxially oriented tapes a nonwoven fabric formed from mixed fibers of hygroscopic fibers and synthetic resin fibers is characterized in that (1) the content of the hygroscopic fibers contained in the nonwoven fabric is 20-80 wt.%, and (2) the porosity expressed by formula 1, porosity (%)=A×B×100/(A + tape width)×(B + tape width), wherein A=[25.4/number of wefts (/25.4 mm)] - tape width (mm); B=[25.4/number of warps (/25.4 mm)] -tape width (mm), of the cloth made of the uniaxially oriented tape is 10-80%.
