PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device capable of being offset in a simple structure without enlarging a driving means. SOLUTION: An offset roller 2 for conveying a sheet in a different direction from the sheet conveying direction of a pre-shift roller 1, and deflection is formed in at least one of places between the pre-shift roller 1 and the offset roller 2, and between the offset roller 2 and a post-shift roller 3 disposed downstream of it. A sheet is offset using this deflection without applying unnecessary force to the sheet.
