PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mounting frame from being broken by external force and to make mop mounting work efficient. SOLUTION: This mop mounting frame consists of an upper frame 1 and a lower frame 8 consisting of plastic. The downwardly opening upper frame is provided with longitudinal holes 3 and transverse holes 4 to be inserted with pawls of a clamper. The frame is projectingly provided with a backstop plate 6 having plural mounting pins 5 and a saw tooth-like lower detaining part 7 from the inside base surface. The upwardly opening lower frame to be fitted to the upper frame is provided with a pin hole 9 group on its inside base surface and saw tooth-like lower detaining parts 11 at the top ends on the front and rear sides. The mounting pins 5 have the length to form detents 5' of each a diameter larger than the diameter of the pin hole if the parts projecting from the pin holes are softened by heating and are crushed when the mop 12 is clamped between both the frames. Since both the frames are connected and fixed by the detents, the breakage by the external force does not occur and the mounting work of the mop may be more efficiently carried out than heretofore.
