PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp-knitted fabric that has no step in appearance and lowers the production cost by solving such a problem of conventional techniques that two or more of pieces of knitted fabrics having different knitting designs are bound by sewing them or the like. SOLUTION: The warp-knitted fabric par 72 as the basic design is knitted, as a plurality of racking yarns are arranged so that the warp rows located to all of the wales and are equipped with elastic yarns as inserts and is to be crocheted may be linked o the crocheted rows on the adjacent wales. The arrangement of the racking yarns on the warp-knitted part on the basic design is altered so that holes may be bored in the warp-knitted fabric by using pattern guide bars equipped with the Jacquard mechanism.
