PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid moisture regulating material, adsorbing moisture in air but having a little activity inhibition against an organic deodorant, a mildewproofing a gent, and an aromatic, and not liquefied by the moisture adsorption. SOLUTION: This solid moisture regulating material is formed by using perlite particles, and at least the surface of the moisture regulating material comprises pearlier, of which the main component is an alkali metal polyaluminosilicate and which is modified to have a density of 0.3-0.5 g/cm3.
