PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily laminate a large number of ceramic green sheets in a short time. SOLUTION: Sheet-like bodies on trays 38 carried to tray supply positions PC1 and PC2 by first and second charged tray supply means 15A and 15B are carried to peeling positions PS1 and PS2 via first and second positioning stages 17A and 17B by first and second sheet-like body carrying means 19A and 19B. A carrier sheet is peeled off by a first peeling means 21A from the sheet-like body positioned and placed on a first truck 55 being present at the peeling position PS1, and the carrier sheet is peeled off by a second peeling means 21B from the sheet-like body positioned and placed on a second truck 56 being present at the peeling position PS2. While the ceramic green sheets placed on one of the first and second trucks 55 and 56 are pressed for lamination by a temporarily laminating press 22, besides, the carrier sheet is peeled off from the sheet-like body on the other truck. |
