PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the right and left width of a driver seat without enlarging the car width. SOLUTION: A drive unit 31 supporting a driving steering wheel 19 at the lower part is supported vertically movably in relation to a car body 11 in the position shifted in the car width direction from the driver seat 13 with a drive unit support 41 fixed to a first rotation shaft 40 extendably supported in the car width direction in the front of the drive unit 31. A caster 20 forming a right and left pair with the driving steering wheel 19 is supported vertically movably at the lower part of the driver seat 13 with a caser arm 48 operably connected to the drive unit support 41 with the first rotation shaft 40, a transmission arm 46, and a second rotation shaft 47. The first rotation shaft 40 constituting a motion starting point structure part forming the starting point of the swing motion of the drive unit support 41 and a base part 43 of the drive unit support 41 are positioned in the front part of the drive unit 31.
