PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an installing attitude of a disc rotor to a hub wheel in a hub unit. SOLUTION: When fitting a bolt 12 in a through hole 11 of a flange 10 of a hub wheel 2, a serration 13 of the bolt 12 is constituted so as to bite in a ring-shaped projecting piece 14 arranged in the installing directional upstream of the bolt 12 in the through hole 11. Thus, only the ring-shaped projecting piece 14 deflects outward in the radial direction according to biting-in, and a flow of a thick part such as a usual example is not caused in the flange 10, and since an outer end surface of the flange 10 is not wholly deformed, a disc rotor 5 can be applied in a proper attitude to the outer end surface of the flange 10.
