PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily come off a product from a scrap after a product is blanked from a metal plate stock. SOLUTION: As a first process before a second process to blank a product 2 from a metal plate stock 1, a notch 5 is formed between the outer edge of the metal plate stock 1 and the outer edge plane line of the product 2. Thus, by forming the notch 5, after the product 2 is flanked from the metal plate stock 1, the scrap 8 of a third process side is made close to a free state on the basis of the product 2, a clearance is formed between the product 2 and the scrap 8, or the clearance is apt to be formed. As a result, in a third process of product coming off, the product 2 is easily come off from the scrap.
