PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device capable of reducing generation of ossillation noise, attaining eveness in pressure variation in a tank, generating water streams and being equipped with a centrifugal spin dry function. SOLUTION: A drive unit 19 is disposed at the outside of a tank 11 storing liquid 14 while an oscillation board 16 fixed to an oscillation tank 18 reciprocaly driven by a driver 19 is disposed in the tank 11. The board 16 is reciprocally rotated at a very small rotation angle by the driver 19 to thereby generate pressure variation in the liquid 14 within the tank 11.
