PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent repeated impartment of impact to a tip part of a main wheel and a stopper even if the main wheel idly rotates. SOLUTION: Pachinko balls 1 sent from a ball storage part (unillustrated) arranged under a pachinko island are introduced from a ball introducing part 2 to be put in a recessed part of a sub-wheel 3 and a recessed part 6 of a main wheel 5 to be sent into a lifting pipe 7 to be sent into a ball hopper (unillustrated) arranged above the pachinko island through the lifting pipe 7. A stopper 8 stops a backflow of the pachinko balls 1 by making the tip enter between the pachinko balls 1 in the lifting pipe 7 by a spring 9 when the main wheel 5 stops. The stopper 8 is arranged in a position where the tip of the stopper 8 enters between the two pachinko balls 1, 1 when pushing up the pachinko balls 1 in the lifting pipe 7 to the highest position since the main wheel 5 idly rotates.
