PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device for easily connecting liquid passages of different kinds to realize improvement of the working efficiency. SOLUTION: A connecting device is provided with a plug 2 having a valve hole (main passage) and a sub-passage 17 and a socket 1 having a valve hole (main passage) and a sub-passage 46, to be fitted with the plug 2 by the optional helix angle and forming an annular passage 60 between the socket in the fitted state and the plug 2, and in the state of setting the plug 2 with the socket 1, the valve holes are communicated with each other and the sub-passage 17 is communicated with the sub-passage 46 through the annular passage 60.
