PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition device which is used for planting and can partition a planting region, position the outer end portion of a planting mat laid in the planting region and prevent the outer end portion from floating. SOLUTION: This partition device 1 for planting is characterized by comprising a partition member 2 which is fixed to an artificial ground G and comprises a long thin metal plate 4 that is provided with a horizontal attaching plate portion 5 extended in the longitudinal direction and with a partition plate portion 6 standing from one side edge of the attaching plate portion 5 and has an L-shaped cross section, and a pressure member 3 which is disposed on the attaching plate portion 5 through a planting mat M and is fixed to the artificial ground G. The partition device 1 can partition the edge portion of the planting region with the partition plate portion 5, position the outer end portion of the planting mat M laid in the planting region, and fix the surface of the outer end portion of the planting mat M with the pressure member 3 to prevent the flotation of the outer end portion of the planting mat M.
