Method transfers decoration onto an object. This decoration, optionally with supporting film (50), is placed onto the surface (56) of a fluid. As necessary and in accordance with the shape of the object, the decoration is expanded or compressed parallel to its surface. The object is immersed into the fluid, to coat it with the decoration. The novelty here, is use of devices to effect expansion or compression of the decoration on the fluid surface, by producing fluid flows beneath the surface. Also claimed is the plant coating the object with decoration. This includes the tank (12) through which the fluid flows. One unit (16) lays down the decoration, if appropriate with a supportive film (50) carrying it. Underwater devices then manipulate the film. |
