PURPOSE: A remote controller of an electric heating cooker is provided to remotely control and set cooking temperature and cooking time by being contacted with at least one electric heating cooker through a RS-232C cable or a wireless channel. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller(50) is contacted with an electric heating cooker(10) through a RS-232C cable(60) or a wireless channel. The remote controller contains: a control unit(52) setting a cooking condition to a data memory(54) from a cooking condition setting panel(51) and remotely controlling the cooker on the basis of the set cooking condition; an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(53) indicating the set cooking condition and a cooking control process; a timer(55) checking time and transmitting the time data to the control unit; and a data input and output unit(56) transmitting a control signal of the cooking condition to the cooker through the RS-232C cable or the wireless channel. The cooker contains: a data input and output unit(71) transmitting actual cooking temperature to the remote controller; a control unit(72) controlling the operation of the cooker according to the control signal of the cooking condition; and a display unit(73) displaying the state of the cooker.
