PURPOSE: The system and method is provided to advertise in the low price and in the short time by writing and editing an ad passage, searching the information of the desire ad site, and deciding a desire ad site and ad time, and to maximize the ad effect by advertising only on the site matched with ad contents. CONSTITUTION: The user connects to a homepage of a web server and inputs the member ID(s10). If the user is a member(s12), the user composes a desire ad directly (s14). If the user is not a member(s13), the user registers as a new member(s15). If the user needs the modification of the ad contents, the user modifies the contents in the step s14(s16). If the user does not need the modification, the user selects the ad site(s18). If the user does not need the modification of the ad site, the user checks the ad cost(s22). If the ad cost is not proper, the user feedbacks to the step s18(s24). The user finally checks all the terms necessary to the ad composition(s30) and decides if the user completes the ad composition(s32). If the user does not want to complete the ad composition, the process returns to the step s14. If the user wants to do, the user enters to the ad review step(s34). When an ad consultation organ admits the ad content(s36), a webmaster registers the ad content to the ad site(s38), notifies the ad processing completion to the client by the mailing system(s42), and takes the step of asking the cost by using the billing system(s44). If the ad consultation organ does not admit the ad content at the step s36, no admission of the ad processing is notified to the client by the mailing system(s40).
