SLUDGE INCINERATING TREATMENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A sludge incinerating treatment apparatus is provided to enhance drying efficiency for sludge by extending the transferring length of the sludge in the triangle shape of a heat contacting zone. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) of a sludge incinerating treatment apparatus contains: a cylindrical fireproof wall(70) fixing a supporter(75); a heating unit(72) erected by a supporting wall(71) inside the fireproof wall with an air inlet hole(74) and a re-collected heat injecting hole(73); a sludge transferring cover(30) supported by the supporter of the fireproof wall with many through holes(32), a transferring screw(31), and a sludge input port(51); a heat loss prevention cover(20) separated form the sludge transferring cover by a spacer(21), engaged with a motor(M) by a gear(22), and rotated with the sludge transferring cover; a duct(80) discharging steam and smell; a supporting cover(40) separated from the sludge transferring cover, with a heat radiating space(42) and a discharge hole(41); a sludge transferring space(50) moving sludge down, between the sludge transferring cover and the supporting cover; and a sludge receiver(60) guiding the discharge of sludge, around the sludge transferring space.
