PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing cyber casino game in realtime are provided to configure a real offline casino game verified by a competent institutions on a terminal of a client at remote place together with animation and graphic picture in realtime and prevent traffic being increased by providing a revised casino game through wire and wireless Internet without regard to time and space. CONSTITUTION: A casino game played by a game rule verified and approved by a casino competent institutions is relayed to a terminal of client's part(1) connected to Internet through a server system part(10) in realtime and synchronized data recognizing process of game progress and source data recognizing image of a supported game tool are simultaneously transmitted through the server system part(10) to the terminal. The server system part(10) receives data transmitted through a digital camera(40) and a monitoring device on a game table(30), captures image of a casino game played in a real casino, converts the captured data into animation and graphic picture with an exclusive emulator program or a shockwave flash and provides cyber casino game to the client's part(1) located in a remote place in realtime. A number of players(2) of the client's part(1) can take part in the real casino game progressed at a casino on offline through a game supported with animation and graphic provided in cyber space.
