AIR PURIFICATION FILTER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An air purification filter is provided, which does not use any adhesive to fix the filter particles and so can prevent lowering of adsorptive force caused by the adhesive. The filter can control pressure drop freely by controlling particle size freely and is excellent in adsorption of harmful gas. CONSTITUTION: The filter is as follows: (i) upper filter media (1) and lower filter media (3) which are made of voids smaller than those of filter particles (4) for preventing the filter particles (4) from leaving; (ii) medium filter media (2) that has voids larger than those of filter particles (4) for inserting the filter particles (4) as much as possible into the medium filter media (2); and (iii) a laminated body (5) that is made by needle punching of the three layers (1,2,3) for enabling the layers to control particle size and pressure drop freely.
