PURPOSE: A system for controlling the demand and supply of electric power of a sauna and a control method thereof are provided to install more personal sauna units exceeding maximum target electric power, and to improve the convenience of maintenance of each sauna unit. CONSTITUTION: In a sauna system installed with many personal sauna units for generating steam and hot air by using the input electric power, the control system of the demand and supply of electric power consists of an auxiliary electric power control device(200a,200b,..200n) for managing the input electric power per sub-unit, and a main electric power control device(100). The main electric power control device flexibly controls a working start time point within a maximum target electric power value region so that the sum value of the input electric power not exceeds the maximum target electric power value.
