PURPOSE: A system for a product promotion and discount information on the Internet is provided to use a product in free by collecting unified promotion information of each company on the Internet and transmitting the information to a user, to embody a chance for buying a product cheaply by sharing discount and off-sale information of each company, and to obtain an advertisement effects and to refer to user's view. CONSTITUTION: Promotion information collected on Internet web is informed to a user. Information is provided to each company by collecting a result after consuming a product and a service. For the above process, a member joining(D01), a searching of a promotion product(D02), a requesting of the promotion product(D03), a confirming of a promotion product receipt(D04), an evaluation of the promotion product(D05), a searching of discount information(D06), a product question survey(D07), a customer opinion analysis(D08), a customer recommendation product(D09), and a payment of a charge with respect to an answer for a question after using a product(D10) are provided.
